★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner has just phoned in to report no power in Romahapa. As we have no cell reception and internet off he had to drive a distance to make the fault call. His call was met with a very rude response and told twice that he should have checked the power before phoning in. Our power had been off for about 3/4 hr before we phoned in. Very unhelpful employee who is in fact paid to carry out this service.
