But someone was looking out for me because I ended up contacting Erin Burke and she was more than I could have hoped. She didn't judge me which was important. She listened and reflected on everything I said to her. She gave me hope when I thought there was none. She was thoroughly prepared for my meeting with my employer. During the meeting she wasn't overbearing but at the same time stood up for me when needed. So the perfect mix of working with my employer but making sure I was the no.1 priority.
