Dr alex hayns psychologist is a excellent listener .l have been coming here for some time now for anxiety and to cope day to day in my life struggles. I have a lot of concerns in life .l don't know how dr alex hayns can put up with me all this time. β β β β β Great team here, I saw a psychiatrist and a psychologist here for six months. They managed so see me quickly and had the right people and knowledge to help out with my ADHD and depression. I always felt that my choices were respected and i was respected. They were more open and accepting of me as an American than most people I met in Auckland and made an effort to get to know me. I would recommend to anyone needing mental health assistance.

β β β β β Having been in an out of public mental health services for a few years I didn't have high hopes when referred here but I was recently discharged from Practice 92 where I was able to get to a good level of mental health. The quality of care was great and admin staff were very responsive. I think I needed to be able to have follow up when I needed it rather than on the schedule of the DHB. Well worth the cost - I feel like I know how to look after myself now. Thanks!

β β β β β If I could give this practice 0 stars I would. Dr Hugh Clarkson was one of the least professional people I have come across in the medical field. I had a family member meet with him and within the first few minutes he made a comment stating that he does not believe he would be the right person for them, despite having seven years of experience in the field. Following this, in a letter sent by him he alludes to the idea that this was due to insurance not covering enough sessions - despite neglecting to inquire whether payment out of pocket would be an issue ; which it wouldn't of been. The last 15 minutes of the session was spent with him repeatedly glancing at his clock, for $450 an hour the least he could do is give his full attention. Will not be recommending this practice to anybody.

β β β β β Kind doctors and efficient practices. Incredible doctor, Dr. Dipti is kind, understanding and onto it. Never have I ever seen such experience linked to kindness and understanding. Sophie, the officer manager is super kind and has all the answers.
If you are looking to start your healing journey, these people will try their hardest to guide you with your best interest at heart. I am grateful.

β β β β β We have been to this place for number of years. the front desk used to be very friendly, efficient and understand our needs. my recent experiences with their new receptionist was horrifying , she was arrogant and trying to cover up her mistakes of massing up our booking, no apology instead she trying to hang up on us and refer us to P manager. regardless this business is set up for mentally ill clients or clients with complex of stresses whos need helps so they need to have efficient frontline staffs, who will listen well , empathy, be kind with a human touch of genuine care not someone with bad attitude or adding more unnecessary stresses. Just remember clients paying your wages so without them its your lost.

β β β β β This is a review solely regarding the receptionist. Incompetent is putting it mildly... She is incapable of making an appointment! 3 or 4 calls later and still no closer to having a date, she always needs to "get back to you" but then never does! Extraordinarily frustrating experience and that's before even seeing a doctor.

β β β β β Practice 92 do not value their patients AT ALL. I have been emailing this place back and forth for months on end. It took nearly 6 months to reply to my first email. I want to come back here and receive further assistance for my serious mental health issues, but these people seem to make it way worse for me. After my first appointment last year, I began my new medication, I havenβt heard a dickie bird to see how I was handling the medication, let alone my mental stability. All I needed was one document signed. This takes 30 seconds. THATβS ALL. I have had absolutely no result, no follow ups, taking days to reply and Iβm not wasting anymore of my life trying to get help from these people who clearly have more important things on their mind than their suffering patients. Do better. I wonβt be back and neither will anyone I will come across.
