After getting the run-around from another heatpump provider, it has been such a relief to receive top, friendly service from someone who clearly has the skill, knowledge & experience to get the job done right! What I truly appreciated is that while Conrad kept me fully informed as to what was happening, he never once talked down to me (which some tradies will do when talking to a female). Thank you to Conrad & Pratts - who our business fully recommends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is quick to do business, I would advice on getting written quotes from Pratt’s. As they are sly at getting in first before you have a chance to shop around. They do not stick to verbal quotes and have hidden costs that are unfair. This was for maintenance on my fireplace which I was only ordering parts for. They where to look at my chimney to give a quote but saw I’d put the hat upside down and charged me an hour in labour.

Everyone I spoke to on the phone was friendly. The estimator that came to the house did a great job and gave us a very reasonable quote.
The boys that came to fit the fire were very polite and nice lads and very quick and efficient

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast and friendly team to deal with. Decided I needed A/C to cope with summer so took the plunge and ended up in contact with the Pratts team (Surecool)
The sales-team explained what options I could go with and what was available, Sarah came and checked it all out and I went with their recommendations. I was expecting a bit of a wait considering problems of supply but was pleasantly surprised to get my 2 inverters installed 3weeks after first contact. The Installer and Electrician were excellent.
