★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Christina is a very skilled therapist and has resolved my pain and lack of mobility from a shoulder injury every time I visit. I highly recommend her.
I have only put four stars as the massage room does seem dusty and like it could use a vacuum cleaning, but apart from this everything else including the linen and towels seems clean. The massage itself is the important thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t go here! I bought a GrabOne voucher and to my disappointment the place was dirty, the sheets were yellow and had holes on them and there were nails on the very dirty carpet. I didn’t even get the massage, the room smelled so bad I just couldn’t stay. I really hope I can get my money back and that this company cleans the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a soft tissue massage here. The masseuse was nice and asked if the pressure was okay which is a plus. However, before the massage I was asked to fill in a form to indicate what I wanted and hoped to get out of the massage - which was to feel relaxed and distressed. I certainly did NOT feel relaxed afterwards. The massage room was very dirty (see photos) and the movements were very fast and rushed in places.
Even though there was relaxing music playing in the background, the squeaky noise of the massage table that I was laying on, which was to hear everytime she applied some pressure to my body, was overpowering the noise of the music.
I know this is not a spa but a clean environment should be a normal standard.
Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to book a massage here multiple days in advance, but never received a confirmation email. I went through the process on their site twice, and attempted to call (had to leave a message). No response til this morning, when the appointment was supposed to be this afternoon. They called and said that they had no free spaces until next week. Very frustrating.
Luckily, another massage salon has available slots this afternoon, so I will be going there instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. DO NOT GO. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing my Grabone voucher. Go literally ANYWHERE ELSE. The place is disgusting, layers of dust everywhere, the sheets are yellowy. The reception acts as the masseuse and cleaner at the same time and she was incredibly rude and not at all invested in providing a good service.
DO NOT GO; I will literally happily recommend you go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was filthy, didn't check my customer information sheet and actually, she didn't care. I do have contraindications. They also are not hygienic around their oil, it's from a tub that they share between clients which is totally unacceptable. Towel barely covered me, she then completely exposed me leaving me very uncomfortable. Only good thing was the pressure. Would never recommend or go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't read the comments before i visited them, It was a very tiny room, imagine yourself breathing in that room for an hour. Explaining the photos as below:
* Already used and stained sheets, face rest was dirty, in use from their previous customer.
* Full of Dust, felt sick in the middle of the massage, Room was supposed to be cozy. Their room was full of broad day light and add 3-4 light bulbs.
* Oil bottle was, may be never wiped or something like glue all over it.
* White mould spots or may be something , never wiped from ages, on their drawers.
* Massage was way below average.
Only good thing was Customer Service.
