★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always enjoy Prime Research focus groups. Good food, professional staff, interesting topics and opportunities to contribute to new or existing products, and good rates of reimbursement. I definitely recommend joining up to be a Prime Research panel member and keeping your details up to date to get as many opportunities as are relevant for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A market research company, and they often conduct their consumer researches and discussions here. The staff members are friendly, and the researchers are professional and skilled. Most of the sessions are scheduled after hours, though some can be during the day. They parking spaces but only for their staff; for participants, we have to find on-street parking, which sometimes can be difficult to find - so better to get there with a lot of time to spare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my experience they are nothing but a scam. And when you ask them to remove your personal details from their system and to confirm this is done, they ignore you. The lure ppl in with false promises that they could be paid for their time, then they send a "qualifying" survey to check if you qualify. And then you hear nothing more. That is actually the survey and they just positioned it so they don't have to pay you. My advice... stay far far away from this scam organisation...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prime Research is a major player in the opinion-seeking business. And they value research prospects! I've been present as 'public'/respondent. On-site parking is limited.
The appointment confirmation included essential information plus site data. Reminder contact is made the day before and sometimes on the day too.
The receptionist and on-site registration/roll is done in a clean, smart well-preserved offices in a businesslike and welcoming manner. Early arrival is essential to enable a short wait ... maybe a toilet stop, drink of water, read one of the books or magazines... time to chill.
Interview room is always clean and comfortable. Routines and expectations are unambiguously and reassuring. This high standard of conduct/professionalism is maintained throughout my visit in an inclusive way.

They run their research and opinion groups with a ease of confidence and have the perfect setup to put clients at ease and keep participation high.
Only issue with the site is parking, but if you arrive with time to spare I've always managed to get one.
