โ โ โ โ โ I have seen the multiple, lengthy and detailed emails sent by Tania (below) and her multiple attempts to contact you, including calls regarding injuries sustained from the service. I think your reply is very disingenuous and attempts to abdicate/avoid responsibility and offload onto the client who had an awful experience. Maybe stop trying to sheild your reputation and respond to her with some resolution for what may be permanent scarring and subsequent unprofessional behaviour? You're lucky she hasn't spoken more publicly about her experience, injury and treatment after the fact. Shameful. Sort it out!
