★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this company at all costs I laid out 43,000 dollars to get plans for a new house with planning consent and compliance with the developer. Roy Hamilton is impossible to get hold of he never takes calls All the promises and deadlines were missed. LAlways blamed someone else first the architect then me I have been scammed ! Worse than that the work was unacceptable with the house design being well over height for the developer and Procerto not even picking it up The so called final plans sent to council were so poor in engineering design the council phoned me to say they were not even prepared to consider it. If zero stars are possible I would have given him that.
