★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was ridiculously easy to make, with a truly Incredible flavour. Truffle infused Gnocchi. Tomatoes and garlic to make the sauce. Room temperature Burrata cheese on top. Then brake open the Burrata and mix. Beautiful and scrumptious and most importantly easy. Thanks Lorenzo Pollara, Grazie!
