★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I came to my first appointment with the accountant Praneel on time; I was told there are 2 people waiting and I was to go after them which seemed quite unprofessional. A few quick adjustments later; I saw Praneel. He looked frustrated when we walked into his office and dealt with us in quite an unwelcoming and unprofessional way.In the first minute he said "I've got so much to do at the moment with GST's". He took a call while we were mid conversation 5 minutes in, without excusing himself which is common sense I thought! After exactly 11 minutes without satisfying us of our questions he said "is that okay?I've got another client to meet ".
I would highly recommend any client to run away before they even consider him as their accountant. I have not got enough understanding of the running of the company Professional Financial Solutions itself but the name is very misleading as they are quite unprofessional and I was not able to get any solutions in regards to my financial questions in my 11 minute rude conversation with Praneel. Even my drive lasted longer than our unprofessional conversation: 40 mins
