★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, the male technician shouted in his own language to all the other staff. Nails left rough. Certainly would not recommend this place at all.. Look in the window and see all the dead critters, shows the cleanliness of the place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst nails i have ever had even tho i tried to get them to correct my nails multiple times during the service. the acrylics are all crooked and super uneven, acrylic was applied poorly and had left me with a cracked nail after leaving. you couldn’t pay me enough to come back here. terrible customer service, terrible quality, terrible place. i don’t normally leave reviews but i had to for this place. i’m disgusted

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in this nail salon whilst the other person who gave a 1 star review was in. I was visiting the Mount and looked up salons that did SNS. The male nail technician that attended myself was of below average ability and the salon itself runs chaotically. Clients who made appointments were all kept waiting.i was in the salon for an SNS nail service and a pedicure and it took over two hours ☹️. At my regular salon it takes an hour and 20 mins at the.most. The male nail technician was slow and sloppy in his work and I am not happy with the outcome but do not have time to go back to get them to rectify the problem. I would advise that if you need SNS you avoid this place. If you are desperate to get nails donee then you avoid the busy times and the male technician. I can’t comment on the other technicians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service and communication. I spent two months growing out my nails using sns and the man filed them all on diagonal angles at different lengths. He didn’t ask what shape I would like so I told him specifically of the shape I wanted once he started filing them. My left hand ended up being much shorter than the right meaning I had to go and pay for another manicure to get my nails looking the same again. He also made my cuticles bleed. If other salons in the mount did sns I would never have come here in the first place. Will not ever recommended to others or return to this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took over 2 hours to take off my SNS and give a basic manicure. No acknowledgment while I was sitting for 45minutes with foil on my nails while staff continued to take and work on new customers. Bad quality too - had to ask for a re-shape because it was a mess. Would seriously avoid this salon in future - they must only get away with it because it’s a tourist town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I definitely will not be returning to this salon. I was surprised they are still in business in the area they're located. I got shellac gel manicure and never have my nails been sticky afterwards. There was a woman there before me giving huge facial signals for me to turn around and run but I just wanted to give them a try. I did but won't again. The place isn't the cleanest nor is it up to date. The service was as if they were just learning. My cuticles weren't soaked nor were they cut, my old shellac polish wasn't completely removed, it was an issue when I asked for another layer of color and the communication was horrible. Yes, I tried to get them to fix everything but they seemed to not understand. I do not like leaving bad reviews but others need a heads up on this one.
