I was back to Auckland from taupo on my way back decided get my acrylic nails done from this salon , which I was already doubtful about after reading reviews but anyway thought to give it a go. I asked lady if any appointment available she asked me for half an hour to wait and she said we have exactly same option that I wanted to get done. I was getting late but I said I’ll wait . After half an hour I went to them , another lady came said we don’t even have this colour. I said it’s okay can you show me more options. She showed me few options once I chose one she said we don’t have that lady available who does these nails options and I still started choosing more options. She doesn’t even seem like she wanted to serve me . She got back to her counter , I had to call her back again and she wasn’t even paying proper attention. After wasting time me and husband decided to leave . Literally annoying and unprofessional behaviour. Wasted so much of my time.??????????
