★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never had this many complications from a real estate company in my entire life! This was through the Masterton branch. Maybe the other branches are better? But this one has been absolutely awful!
We moved from our house in Masterton in November and we are still waiting to get our deposit back here in January. There are no disputes about it. When i called before Christmas to see what the matter was, I was told there was a hold up because they didn't have all the signatures that they needed even though me and my husband went back to the house for check out so we could both sign the paper work!
They also claimed that they tried to email us - we did not receive any emails. And they claimed that they didn't have our numbers on file even though we still have the same cell numbers that should already be on their paperwork! None the less they told me they sent my paperwork to the bonds people a few days before I called.
My husband called today (2 weeks and a half weeks after I called) and they said they sent out the paperwork a few days ago. My husband confronted them on the fact that there should not have been a hold up to begin with and asked about the reasons given to me when i had called. They tried to claim that I had called them only a few days ago when it was in fact it was before Christmas and then claimed they could prove it by finding the paperwork? Don't know how that works but the couldn't find our paperwork anyway!?!
Then when my husband called the bonds people right after, they told us that they don't have our paperwork at all. Then my husband called professionals again and then we were told our paperwork had NOT been sent out at all!!!! It seems are deposit is in limbo now all because of this company's crappy organization skills and they lied to us on top of it!
