Shaq was personable, knowledgeable and went out of his way to keep us informed.
He showed us several properties and had good communication without being 'over the top'. Although working for the vendor he made sure we felt special as well. He worked very hard to make the sale suitable to both parties and we could not have asked for more.
I would recommend Shaq to both buyers and sellers in the real estate market in Waihi Beach
