Dave was really helpful and made sure that I got the best price and that the work was done quickly. Really impressed with the service and will definitely be returning again.

They work hard to keep repairs and servicing affordable, they are consultative and the communication is always excellent. Why go anywhere else?

im pretty switched on with engines but i was having issues diagnosing a problem with my commodore was doing my head in.
Took it to pronto with in minutes he sorted it out for me super grateful cheers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dave has been awesome - he's sorted 2x WOFs for us, completed a few repairs, and also completed a pre - purchase inspection on one of our cars for a future buyer.
He is super patient in explaining "car stuff" to novices, friendly and welcoming.
These guys are new owners from the days when it was the bright green signage: we had some horribly rude dealings with the old owners, so don't let that put you off!
Awesome local mechanic. We'll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are FANTASTIC! I recently bought a used 11-year old car, and brought it to them first for a thorough inspection. They were upfront about the maintenance repairs I would expect to make in the coming months, but also gave me the thumbs up to purchase it. Once I did, I brought it back to them for a regular service and it felt brand new afterward!
Even better - I brought it back AGAIN a week later for a specific concern I had with the car, and Dave took the time to drive it around with me so I could point it out (plus any other minor concerns I had). I left it with him to tinker with, and he only charged $40 for a front wheel alignment service - even after I gave him the "OK" for major repair if it needed it. Now that's an honest mechanic!! I will definitely be back for all my future services. Can't recommend them highly enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car had blown water pump at 3.30 pm in the afternoon when I took it to Pronto and Ian promptly fixed the pump and drive belt by next morning at 9.30 am. They are very good helpful and professional people at Pronto Beach haven. Highly recommended garage.
