★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cafe is amazing with well informed staff and a wide selection of dairy produce ranging from fine award winning cheeses to smooth and creamy ice creams, the staff were all well informed and were able to answer all of my questions with ease and were polite and professional. The food was amazing and had large portions, the view was amazing and there were very few people which led to a nice quiet environment perfect for reading a nice book or relaxing with someone else. Would come again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still waiting to be served. Extremely rude and flustered maitre d. We feel very unwelcome. We've found our own table .We've been here 20 minutes and ignored. Food looks nice but I hear the wait times are very long. Our table has now been cleared from the previous diners dishes but the waitress wouldn't take our order. I asked of someone else could and she snapped"yes" They're not that busy. If we're not served soon we will have to leave as we're really quite hungry. Definitely wouldn't return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful setting, excellent coffee and very happy kids with fancy ice cream and a playground to entertain them. They were short staffed today and there was a bit of a wait, but that meant we got to sit and enjoy the surroundings for longer. The staff were really lovely and did a great job considering how busy it was too. Thank you for a lovely experience, we always enjoy our time here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had just landed here after 3pm and so we were told that we were late for the Cheese platter. Only cabinet food was available after 3pm. We ordered a Beef and blue cheese pie from the cabinet along with some drinks. The coffee came in about 10 minutes. After another 10 minutes or so, the beef & blue cheese pie was served. It was a visual disappointment like something had accidentally been placed on it. At $13.95 for a Pie from the cabinet we had expected something a lot better. They totally forgot about a third drink which was just something from their cold cabinet. We reminded them about it after about 40 minutes of waiting and it was then delivered with an apology. All in all it was a wasted trip and not a great experience. The wait staff were friendly and polite but the food and service needs a lot more improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was reluctantly dragged here by my partner as I didn’t think it was worth the detour but couldn’t have been more wrong. The Colombian Espresso was absolutely amazing and the triple cream Brie and cranberry croissant was delicious. Reasonably priced, friendly service, highly recommended.
