★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before starting at Pukekohe Yoga I was suffering tight hamstrings and shoulders. Wendy’s classes have helped my overall posture and movement. She is the best teacher I have found, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend to beginners through to advanced.
