★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The history of this place is significant and there’s lots to see if you do a bit of research and use your imagination. Suitable for kids, bumpy but doable for a pram. Only takes 2 min to get to the lookout over Waitara River, but you can spend a while wandering the various tracks.
Would be great if there was some signage with historical stories and maps.
