★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received excellent service from Jeff and his team on my way through Putaruru en route to Tauranga on 7/Jan/2015. One Lexus stranded with a failed starter motor and Jeff was immediately onto it, providing a courtesy vehicle to allow us to continue our journey.
The car was fixed the very next day and Jeff even offered to delivery it to me in Tauranga !! Now THAT is service. Well done guys and thank you.

Attitude of Jeff to customers, bloody diabolical.
Do not upset him. His retaliatory behavior is diabolical. How the hell he keeps customers with his attitude is beyond me.
We won't be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ took my car into Jeff to get fixed took him a whole week to do a simple job.i over payed when i picked up my car because he didn't know how much at the time to charge me i phoned him a few days later and said car still sounds the same and to chase up how much it actual costed i made many phone calls and going in to office to ask for a invoice cost of repairs extra. took them nearly 1 year to get the invoice done and i had paid by card i feel over charged big time for the simple car repair I'm not going back to Putaruru services Centre. and will be telling others not to go to him Don't waste your time coming here he is a rip off big time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot fault the friendly and amazing service from Jeff and his wife, who is office manager. We dropped in without notice in our motorhome having driven over the Kaimai's with the oil cap off and oil all over the vehicle. We were expecting the worst but they pretty much dropped everything and checked out our vehicle and sorted things out straight away - including giving a good degrease and steam clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful - and we are extremely grateful. Plus the charge was extremely reasonable. Thanks very much team.
