★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They renovated 2 bathrooms for me. Was initially happy with the standard of work.
My bathroom then flooded over the subsequent months as a a screw had been driven through plasterboard into plumbing.
This is OK as mistakes can happen, as long as they are addressed quickly and competently.
I asked them to come back and fix it, and a token effort was made, mostly with me having to constantly follow up. I was told to contact their plumber, who was then aggressive/defensive and refused to come back to look at it.
Other contractors quickly found and repaired the leak. When I asked for compensation from pzazz their position was that the water had come from flooding outside and they were not at fault (ridiculous).
Overall I expected this to be handled much more professionally.

We have never had a builder like Mike come in and ask, and listen, to what we thought, we might need. Mike suggested a shower unit and installed it. The workmanship was first rate. We would use Mike again without even thinking, and we would suggest to our friends to use, Mike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When Mike first come to do our initial quote, unbeknown to him we already had many other quotes given from other tradesmen. This has been a year long process of choosing who we felt was the right fit for our job. I’m glad I listened and trusted in my gut feeling. What I found different with Mike, was that he “listened” to what WE wanted and didn’t add his own personal view of what he felt may have suited for our home. This resulted in all our other quotes given, with many of “their” visions which meant a good 10-15k EXTRA despite having everything provided. Mike and his team were very fast, efficient and easy to deal with. Mike’s prompt communication made the process smooth and he kept in contact throughout the whole process if anything arose along the way, we were always kept in the loop. Within a week of producing their quote (that was 1000’s of dollars cheaper than many previous quotes). They were readily available to take on the challenge quickly at such short notice there was no mucking around. Thank you for your service Mike and the Pzazz Building Team. Really appreciate making this happen before christmas.

From initial contact works was completed within 2 weeks. Pricing was very competitive and the quality of the work carried out was to a high standard. Would not hesitate in using Mikes services again.
