★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your customer service is a disaster. First selling travels that don't gonna do it. Cancel automatically every flight until next year and do not answer the phone since Saturday 30/10.
I'm conscience of the pandemic situation, I just want a refund asap. Contact the people that QANTAS canceled the flights...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Flights got cancelled but didnt get notified at all, only found out when i wanted to do online check in. Already spent $175 on PCR test which cannot be used. I wonder how they will compensate it & would it be fair...???
- Waited for the CS to answer for 3.5 hours but no response till the call closes itself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I. booked flights akl to. KL on the 6th May 2022. Today 19th May I. checked d. booking and saw it was cancelled n I were to call its 1800. called and on hold 60.mins and d person said no payment was recvd and thus booking was cancelled.My bank was debited and was told refund will b made. Now booking is not on same date and amount jz sky rocketed.. Nonsense

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked tix with Qantas in Nov 21. 5700 dollars. They cancelled the flight a week later. April 28th, 2022, still no refund. Hours upon hours on hold listening to how awesome Qantas is and how much they care about my safety and wellbeing. Avoid Qantas, APPALLING 'service' and thieves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Similar experience to other reviewers, on average on hold for 2 hours or more to organise to pay a flight using a credit voucher am not sure why this is not automatic. Redeem on your freq flyer acc opens a page stating that its a requirement to call the helpdesk

They notified us 2 weeks before our flight. Now we have to find a new flight for x4 the initial price, and we cannot even take hold of their customer service. Rubbish!

Similar to the reviews below, got my flight cancelled 2x and just cannot get hold of the customer call center. Waited for more than 1h. Sent complaints... They just couldn't care less. Wont book with this guys ever again. Please dont spend your time and money with them. NOT WORTH IT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have some credit from Qantas airways flight cancellation due to COVID. I tried to use it to book a flight to Brisbane. It says that I need to call the local office.
I call 16mar, called for 4 hours, and managed to talk to a guy, he said he needed to ask support team but they are busy, I give him a number to call back. He never call back.
I call on 17mar, I waited for 2 hours, a lady answer, she said it is closed. She needs to check the status. She put me on hold, and after 30min of waiting, the line automatically cut off.
I call on 18mar, waited for 3 hours, the line get automatically cut off.
Please someone please help me. I need to book my ticket urgently.
