★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered school packs thru them and wrong books arrived, so sent 2 emails, no response, rang them, they said they’re going to contact school and give me a call next day, but Of course no phone call whatsoever.
So I have to contact them myself again. And they said this is what school has confirmed so nothing they can do about it before school opens. I explained that it is different from what office max or warehouse stationery has, but still it is not their mistake. I totally understand their point of view because the school has confirmed the list they have given. I am not complaining about those books that I believe they are wrong, but customer service they have, it is not what I have expected, no reply, no phone calls.
I do not recommend eeny meeny to anyone and I will never order anything from them anymore. I should have gone thru Office max. My bad.

Am still waiting after having to email yet again, to see if they were finally resending my order. However, as nothing has been done still I am ringing today to try and get a refund and will never order from this incompetant place again
