★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to have my car repaired as someone hit the back of my car. Firstly they told me that the boot didnt need to be replaced. After waiting 4 weeks for the parts I dropped my car off. Then I had a call the next day telling me they need to change the boot. Then I had to wait another 4 weeks for the parts that should of been spotted in the first inspection of the vehicle when I first bought the vehicle in. When they finally recevied everything. I got my car back with the stereo skew and scratches on the the sides. I went into see them about the scratches and they told me that they are gonna check the cameras because they take vandalism of vehicles very seriously. I have received no more news from them. I feel like this matter has been dealt with very unprofessionally. I would like some answers on why my vehicle was scratched and what they will do to remedy the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a really good job on my R33 skyline bumper and front end. Was happy that the bonnet was also painted along with guards.
Thought i was going to get a new number plate or refurbished one however and my front rad fan mount was broken and repaired with RTV sealant which lasted only the drive home...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We would like to thank all the team at Quality Paint and Panel Nelson for being amazing. We had a slight altercation with a car in January, in our campervan - in Gisborne. As it was so close to the xmas holiday period, and we were leaving for a long South Island adventure, we weren't able to get the quote or work done there. We called Quality Paint and Panel and they agreed to give us a quote once we got to Nelson which we did in late January. We booked the van in for 27th April, but then weren't ready to head back to Nelson. The team managed to rearrange so we could book the van in for a month later. We got a courtesy car, and the van was ready eight days later.
Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the work done was excellent. Thank you all so much.
