★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in for a coffee, not hugely busy. Half a dozen staff on. Some of them made eye contact but not one acknowledged me, this continued for a few minutes until eventually I overheard another disappointed customer mention their coffee machine was broken. Walked out past two staff who didn't seem to care I was leaving.
Won't be walking back in again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right across the road from Tauranga hospital so a very central location. Cant praise the lovely staff enough as well. Food was devine - especially the Hummingbird bird cake!! ? the only downfall was the beetroot Latte needs a little work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the Blueberry Smoothie and keto cheesecake today and they were both disappointing sorry to say. The sweetener or protein powder that was used had a horrible aftertaste and the almond flour and turmeric did not work at all in this smoothie. It was too gritty
and left a sickly sweet fake taste in my mouth.
One highlight was the customer service was much better today than when I went and ordered last weekend. I didn't feel like I was being rushed this time around and both women who served me were really kind and patient which was nice. The maple walnut keto cheesecake I ordered last weekend was amazing and the portion was noticeably larger than today's serving.
I'm a little disheartened because I heard great things about this cafe and how they cater for people on the ketogenic diet which should be commended in itself, sadly, what I ordered today has left me not wanting to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food a fantastic assortment of keto friendly food. However the customer service was absolutely terrible. It wouldn't hurt the ladies behind the counter to smile. I asked to make an order and three of the young ladies all looked at each other as if non of them wanted to serve me. Actually non of them wanted to take my order, Then when one did she seemed as of it was a chore, this was very noticable as even my partner asked if I knew them or something why they were being so wierd. I was really disappointed by the service I told the young lady who bought my food to the table that the food Is delicious please tell the chief and she didn't even acknowledge what I said. Pretty sad considering the food is so good.
