★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am witing to be accepted as a customer for the centre i rang today and tried to explain my urgency i have type 2 diabeties and suffer from depression and anxiety i was told to sshhh and no be so dramatic shock horror disgusting i wasnt allowed to state my health needs i will be contacting the manager
i understand they have 1x doctor in hospital but surely they can make an exception for 1x visit then leave me on the waiting list

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your unwelcoming and rude attitude from nurse and receptionist Dot are shocking. Unresponsive to me knocking on the window, then hostile when I proceeded. Everyone's laughing & joking inside, having a good old time, while clients waiting outside in cold & rain. Unprofessional and terrible attitude, clearly not interested in clients at all! Had ordered a repeat script the previous day, not ready. Will be contacting practice management. If you don't want to be at work, do everyone a favor and stay at home! Plenty of capable folk out there who would love your job!
