β β β β β Really substandard practice - mainly because they were thoroughly overbooked. The technicians were jumping between clients trying to get them finished and the woman next to me was becoming frustrated at being left for nearly 20 minutes mid-manicure whilst they quickly did another womanβs nails. We had an appointment for 12 and I wasnβt seated for 30 minutes whilst my niece sat with her feet in a foot bath until the water had gone cold. The manicure was rushed and subpar with nail varnish stuck to the skin around my nails. No oil was placed at the end so they look dry and unfinished. They donβt have proper drying facilities, just lamps with regular light bulbs. I feel they would really benefit from reducing the number of appointments so they can focus on doing a good job. Also, the salon desperately needs a makeover!! Dirty equipment and stuff left lying all over the place.

β β β β β I would 100% recommend this place! Great service. Chatty and friendly staff. I got acrylic manicure and pedicure and they did a superb job of my nails. Ive been getting them done for years so know the standard and they did a wonderful job. 10/10.

β β β β β The wonderful ladies at Queenie's have been doing my nails for years. Fantastic service and always friendly and helpful. My nails last about a month no chips and get lots of comments about how lovely they look. I have recommended them to several friends who are all regular customers now. Responsible prices. Book an appointment so you will not be disappointed.

β β β β β I had my fingernails painted with regular polish. Very disorganised environment, lacklustre service, and my nail polish fell off within 3 days. Place was not clean

β β β β β I had a pedicure 2 days ago and it was sooo good. I was really happy and was made to feel pampered. However, I think it depends on how busy they are when you go. The previous time I went the pedicure was rushed and polish was almost transparent in places. I added another layer of polish of a similar colour I had at home.
