★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roger installed our kitchen in Mt Pleasant 11 years ago. At the time we were very impressed with the quality of the work, the timeframe, the cost and the guys who installed it. The kitchen has been fantastic and held well.
A few months ago the melamine started to peel in places. The kitchen is very open and airy so the issue wasn't environmental.
Even though it was out of its 10 year warranty, and Rogers supplier was reluctant to do anything, Roger financed all of the cupboards and draws to be recovered. Even ones that hadn't peeled, as they would have had the same defective glue used.
We have been so impressed with Rogers attitude through out. He is very customer focused, just wanting to do the right thing.
5 stars isn't enough ... he is gold.
