Wasted alot of my time
Staff were mainly very friendly to deal with other than one man who slammed the phone on me after I was asking for an update.
Definitely proceed with caution

β β β β β Awesome staff! Very helpful and rental gear really reasonably priced. Also let me keep the skis for the days I wasnβt skiing so I didnβt have to return and then go back the next day to sort again, which really helped! Will definitely use these guys for any future hires!

β β β β β Very helpful team right on the waterfront. The bike was great for the trail and the comfy padded seat meant I could stay out longer. They were laid back and great to chat with. Great experience and a fantastic way to spend a day in WΔnaka.

β β β β β I ordered a pair of chaco's from their website, the site showed misleading size info, it showed a womens sizechart, but the shoes came in mens sizes. Hence the pair was 2 sizes to big. They returned my order and I had to wait for a refund. We found a pair on their website in my size. I had to pay again for this order. When these arrived a week later, the sandals were 2 lefties, 1 in my size and one 2 sizes to big. Again we returned them, I had to wait for a refund again, and again I had to buy another pair.

β β β β β I went into the Wanaka branch yesterday after a recommendation from my partner whoβs been coming here for 12 years.
Now, i'm a snowboarder and youβre mainly about that two plank ski-life. We don't mix a lot, but you guys welcomed me in. I have a historic but serious ankle injury that gives me unbearable issues when snowboarding if not managed well.
I was welcomed with warm arms with my one-plank, and your staff we extremely helpful. I had several inquisitive questions, a thorough inspection of my foot and boot and then some basic mods & recommendations. Everyone was very fun but professional.
I want to applaud your team for one of my best customer service experiences of my life. Thank you

β β β β β Incredibly helpful staff at this store. They helped to rectify a product exchange that I tried to complete in Queenstown, but wasnβt getting very far with.
They were able to confirm that the product I was exchanging for was correct and had exceedingly better service than in my local store in Queenstown where I brought the item in the first place.
Worth the drive over the hill. Thanks to all who helped me!
