★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely awful recruitment agency. Non responsive. Ignores after numerous emails asking why I’m being completely ignored for jobs that exactly match my skills and previous experience. Elizabeth Taylor is one to watch out for with her incredibly unprofessional communication and would rather avoid contact to potential candidates that are genuinely asking why they’re being ignored rather than grow a pair and tell them. Amelia also answered the phone for Elizabeth when she wasn't available. Asking intriguing questions about reasons why I didn’t get other jobs, why you left, was it due to health reasons etc. And then went on to tell me to message Elizabeth so I literally told her all this personal information for nothing. I then went on to email back to Elizabeth, multiple times, and was from then on ghosted. Incredibly uncomfortable. Don’t trust this god awful recruitment agency they’re a bunch of clowns.

It took numerous emails, me having to elevate it to senior management for Randstad to finally come back after 2 months of me working through them to tell me I can't be paid. I have had to borrow money to pay my bills......and I have still haven't been paid!

Then I saw a permanent opportunity - Service desk advertised by Ankit Amin on LinkedIn. I applied for it and discussed the role with Ankit. The process of interview and documentation was smooth. Ankit helped me throughout the process. Ankit kept me informed about the next required steps. I finally got the role that I was looking for with help of Ankit Amin from Randstad. I really appreciate the help and support I got through out the process ?

Randstad tailored my C.V to reflect the curriculum expectations. Sometimes it is not because we are unskilled or inexperienced, it is how we market ourselves and this is where Randstad comes in. The team has excellent communication and at no point did they leave me in the dark. Well done Randstad.
