★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are greater than legends! Rangiora High School Nursery School - We first met them with our first born daughter Natalie... she thrived, grew, and met one of her best friends, so naturally when our second, Tyson was ready it was a no-brainer to enroll him! Tyson, if you know is now 8 and Autistic, but at that time of his years 3-5 we didn't know, he was just a down right handful?. What we also didn't know was how to best help, support, manage, teach, be patient... in a nut shell deal with him. It was a super challenging time of our lives, we weren't trained for this, we had no idea on the skills required over and above simply loving and caring for him, but that's where the team at RHSNS did. They had him from the start, they supported Tyson and us more than we could ever say. They helped so much with open arms, listening ears, thoughts, support, they pointed us in the directions of courses, aiding us and up-skilling us as parents, there wasn't anything that was a problem, all they had were solutions! Tyson and his success was their main priority - we couldn't have asked for more! We hold them dear in our hearts and our lives!
As our journey with Tyson into primary school began they further supported us in the challenges of the next phase and steps with diagnosis, support, engaging with the right people enabling us to feel as much calm as possible. It was a rough ride but they were the suspension, the support and the ones that were there to take the hits with us.
Our transition into school was still seamless and our journey continues with new amazing people behind us and Tyson all the way! But we will never forget the roots, both Natalie and Tysons success is an absolute testament of what good people can do for others!
Without the Rangiora High School Nursery School and the PEOPLE that work there, I'm not sure where we would be. I wish there was a bigger word than thank you as you deserve every bit of it! Thank you! ? (Special shout out to Viv and Adrienne!)
