Our group of 15 bicycle tourers had a great nights stay here using both the bunkhouse and cottage. Beautiful gardens, character accomodation and friendly host

Our family of four had a wonderful time at the Rangitikei Farmstay. The cottage was cosy (especially with the fireplace), clean, comfortable, very cute, and very private. It was in a beautiful rural setting. We enjoyed our tour of the farm; in particular our 2 year old liked the hen and the strawberry patch!

We loved our long weekend at the Rangitikei Farmstay cottage. Beautiful surroundings and great weather. Such a great spot for everybody to unwind. The children ran up and down the rolling hills watching the new lambs and loved their pony ride on Blackberry. Would highly recommend!

The Cottage was a wonderful spot to enjoy a slow weekend with the family. Beautiful property. Lovely surroundings, we went for a walk around the farm to a hill top. And Kylie is fantastic, we had a fun walk around their gardens and animals up at their house. Heaps of room if you're a group of 8, we were just 4. Marton (10mins nearby) also nice to visit, and great playground.

Our little family thoroughly enjoyed staying at Rangitikei Farmstay. We opted to stay in The Cottage for some privacy and we were not disappointed. The place was cozy, like a home away from home. The interior was tasteful, and was very comfortable. We loved waking up to the sounds of the birds and sheep. Even sitting outside on the deck feels relaxing. Our daughter especially loved the book corner with kids' books (bookworm, yes). Despite it raining on and off, we managed to take the self-guided tour of the farm. We got lost twice and didn't make it to the picnic table, but we did reach a different peak and were rewarded with views of the lush hills and farm. The downhill walk back to the cottage was fun according to our three year old daughter (thanks to the mud and us slipping/sliding while walking). Meeting the farm animals was another adventure. Our daughter loved the experience of brushing the ponies before riding one of them. She also got to help feed the other horses, sheep and chickens. She was also smitten with the farm's newest puppy, Ruby! Kylie was welcoming and accommodating. From talking to her, you'll feel her love and passion for the farm animals, doing everything they can as a family to give them a good life. Thank you for having us! We had a wonderful time!

A beautiful cottage, just so relaxing after a hard day at golf. We loved the peaceful surroundings , very little passing traffic. The cottage is really well appointed from kitchen to lovely bedrooms. Thank you Kylie for being so accommodating with us. We all loved the visit to the home gardens and hearing history of the farm. We are planning our next trip. !

We had a really relaxing stay at Rangitikei Farmstay and I highly recommend this place. Lovely and responsive hosts- Kylie and Andrew. House was great and tidy and there’s so much you can do for free around their farm. We will surely be back! I have had the chance to stay in their awesome Bunkhouse too with my work colleagues to join The Mudder and we truly enjoyed it and that’s what made me come back and told everyone in my world about it.
