★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeremy was our mortgage broker buying our first lifestyle block. We first met with Jeremy when we had our eyes on a 13ha block. He was very hopeful and determined to make this work but unfortunately with land rules over 10ha blocks this fell over. However, he then succeeded in getting us loan pre- approval from 3 different banks at the amount that we wanted. We found a another property under 10ha that we placed an offer on and Jeremy made this happen, even under short timeframes to get our first home sold and settle on the new home. The banks seemed quite difficult at the time we were buying but Jeremy worked through this and was a great amount of stress saved on us being able to have a mortgage broker as a go between. He had great communication, a “Can-do” attitude and persistence to get us into our dream home!

With her wealth of knowledge she makes the process of buying a house easy. We had a few turns in our journey but Brooke was there every step of the way with us which we appreciate so much.
