β β β β β What an easy, seamless, and peaceful transaction our latest property purchase has been in Marlborough thanks to the kindness, sincerity, and professionalism of Jo Chamberlain and partner Murray Hewson.
A week prior to viewing the property I emailed to enquire, and Jo picked up the phone and made contact. Snap! Relationship/trust sorted! From a female perspective, Jo is so warm, genuine, and βeasyβ to get on with. We requested further information and were promptly provided with everything we required to make an informed decision and keep our lawyer happy all this while Jo was in the north island with her elderly Mum in hospital!
A week later we made a quick decision to fly down on Tuesday pm as the deadline sale was Wednesday 3pm. Jo and Murray met us at the property Wednesday morning and again β snap! Decision made! Jo and Murray warmly welcomed us, did their professional βthingβ then βlet us beβ to quietly explore on our own. Perfect! Nothing worse than salespeople breathing down your neck. We met at the Ray White office early afternoon to sign the paperwork. It became a multi-offer β a bit nerve-wracking but hey, we were the successful party!
Both Graeme and I are in real estate so understand the process however, when one is on the βother side of itβ, it is refreshing and comforting to meet people who are genuine, who calmly walk beside you, and nurture one through the process.
We are most grateful and appreciative of Jo and Murrayβs ongoing support. As we were not ready to move they undertook the pre-settlement inspection, have put us in touch with neighbours and offered to βgo checkβ the property regularly until we are ready move down.
Thank you, Jo and Murray! We look forward to getting down there and having a vino or two with you both. Thank you very much for your kindness, support, and βno pressureβ re the sale process - we understand it is equally stressful too for you! You are both, professional and refreshing and we would most definitely use you to sell/buy real estate going forward.

She brought several offers to us that exceeded our expectations, and again when we hit an unexpected bump in the road. We certainly achieved a very good price for our home in a quick time frame as well as lots of moral support when needed!

We have just purchased a property through Vicki and i dont know what we would have done without her ! She has been amazingly patient and helped us every step of the way, her positive attitude, great knowledge of all things real estate and caring, kind and fun nature kept us going when things got tough, she was always on the end of the phone as and when needed and sorted any problems or hurdles we came to even with our sale through a different agent she was there to help! i wish we had sold through her too as she never gives up and works so hard getting the right outcome for you. I couldn't recommend anyone better !!
