★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being new to Kaitaia I was unsure who to best manage my investment flats. I have had many property managers over the years and are acutely aware that the quality of management can have a huge impact on the viability of an investment property, and one's stress levels!
I am very happy to report that Nancy along with Sarah have done a stirling job and their advice and professionalism has been first rate.
Sarah is very hands on and takes a genuine interest in the tenants and the property.
I can absolutely recommend them as the people in Kaitaia to best look after your investment.

Keri had our best interest at heart and we felt safe, completely supported and the fact that we live in Australia, having Keri Hokai there every step of the way made our transaction so simple and easy! Thank you Keri for always going above and beyond and keeping the communication so open was amazing considering we do not live in NZ. We wouldn't deal with anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Property Manager (LH) inherited a tenant and house that were less than ideal and got worse when the rent was late and other issues arose.
LH worked through the necessary process and supported us. We got our house back in a terrible condition with holes in walls, broken windows, and ruined carpet. You know that happens.
Once vacant LH worked with us to get contractors in to clear rubbish but allowing us to contribute with gib and interior painting, and rebuilding the front deck. She organised things like carpet, toilet, and oven installed. We sorted the fence. A real team effort.
The result was a better tenant, more weekly rent, and a house that the tenant can call home. Love it.
We’re really grateful to LH and the team at Ray White Kaitaia. LH went the extra mile and we appreciate it very much.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Leeann to anyone looking to have their property professionally managed in Kaitaia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to make a big shout out to Sarah Matiu for being an awesome property manager ? Thanks to her the house I am currently renting has had the maintainace and awhi it's needed for a very long time(years)
Very professional and has everything a property manager should have, as she is awesome at her job and gets the job done on time. Unlike some property managers I have had over the years of renting who tend to leave the maintainace for years on end and don't really look after their tenants as they should have.
Thank you to Ray White for hiring Sarah, she is amazing and will be missed by all tenants she had looked after.
Wishing you all the best and thank you for everything you have done for me and my children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed by my interactions with Nancy Loane. Ee carried out a repair to a neighbouring fence between properties that their client requested prior to sale but when the work was completed in October 2020, we were never paid for the work and now RW are saying its not their problem. RW was the landlord/property manager at the time of the work carried out.
Will make sure not to agree to any work with them in the future!!!!
