Sarah was amazing, and in a tough market (previously tried for 13 weeks with not even an offer), the house was sold within 6 days without a compromise on our asking price (we did bring it down a little from previous - but this is after a straight forward and honest conversation with Sarah and Andrew). We couldn't be happier, as the post sales service continued to ensure all the finer points and even a settlement date change, happened seamlessly.
