The thing we liked about Emma was her truthful honest approach to selling our property. Being a rental she worked with the tenants in a very professional manner to organise open homes and private viewings. The tenants even commented how great she was to work with. We didn’t want to go with auction and the way Emma marketed the property, with a successful sale on the first open home was awesome. Emma is very easy to relate to, knows exactly what is needed and how to market the properties she sells. From her marketing plans, daily and weekly follow ups and general personality Emma was such an awesome agent to work with, highly recommend Emma.

She was very professional and had a good knowledge of the property.
Gail was so helpful and always response my message so quickly. I asked her all sorts of questions and she was so patient and would get back to me so fast.

We sold our 2 bedroom house recently, we are looking into buying a 4-5 bedroom property. Gail helped us in selling our house fast (1st week in the market) and also provided us her expertise in helping us purchase our dream home. We can call or text her anytime if we have questions and she is very prompt in responding. She is honest, hard working and very reliable. She made it easier for us to attend the open homes. Every weekend we have 6 to 8 houses to attend, she helped us all the time. We recently won the auction and couldn't do it without her help.
