Leah is the best I have had in my rental history (30+ years) she made me feel welcome from the start of my tenancy until the end and went over and above to help me when I was struggling during the covid19 lockdown.
I wish Leah a long successful career within Ray White, Paihia and recommend her to anyone looking for rental properties in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leah is a very professional property manager. You can have complete peace of mind that she has your best interests in mind when she is looking after your property. I have never had to check up on her. Very happy with the service received from the entire Ray White Paihia team (must be something in the Paihia air). Busy doing a tax return for the property they are managing. Finding all the required information has never been easier. Monthly reports, invoices and a year end reports working like clockwork. Thanks guys keep up the good work!

Leah found the perfect tenants, always keeps the lines of communication open between all of us and is just a really nice and friendly person. Its been just under a year now and I couldnt be happier with how things are going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leah has been our property manager since she took over from Tracey earlier this year. We have owned rentals in other parts of the country as well and todate Leah has the been the best property manager we have ever had.
Leah is professional, diligent, and takes ownership of requests by tenant and landlord which makes it so much easier to deal with.
I would highly recommend Leah.
