Frazer was consistent when making contact before we wanted to sell. When we made the decision to list, he was detailed in his explanation of how he would go about it.
We decided to choose Frazer as we knew he worked hard and would do everything he could to get as many possible potential buyers into the room for the auction. Even in a buyers market, he was still able to satisfy not only the buyer but the sellers too.
I would recommend Frazer again no doubt.

To͏ say the least, Trent͏ is beyond exceptional! I’ve known Trent for many years, and he’s without a doubt the kindest, most honest, earnest & patient agent I know. Trent’s knowledge is vast, he just seems to know something about everything. Therefore he’s easy to chat with, and he’ll never make you feel rushed or unimportant - you can ask him anything. His knowledge of everything property is incredible… which has been exceptionally helpful as we’ve bought & sold several homes. Trent makes the sale of a home so straightforward, easy & unnerving. He’s a perfectionist, and so photography, staging, advertising etc is always work of art. He pours his heart & soul into a sale, no matter how big or small, or how new or old your home is. Harry did an amazing job - he was very patient with us and held our hand through out with lots of clear feedback and communication. The auction experience with us being in the South Island was also so easy and we felt very confident with Harry throughout the process. Michael was excellent with his follow up. I met him last August at an open home and he used to call me regularly during the lock down and asked how I was doing. He never mentioned or discussed my intention of selling my house but he knew that it was plan to sell in the near future. I decided in December to list the property and he said there will be lots of houses for sale in 2022. He said that I need to act quickly as prices may go down. Prompt feedback on open home & other buyers. Honest, trustworthy & caring person. Has good knowledge and is very helpful. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

We highly recommend Nick to anyone considering a real estate agent! Not only did him and Sarah go above and beyond for us, they took the time to get to know us as a family which we really appreciated.
