★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today AUG 9th 2018 I visited RD1 Pukekohe and spent my hard earnt money in this store ..I was met with very helpful staff BUT then when I went to have a coffee.. I was told I wasnt allowed the normally complimentary coffee from the self help coffee stand because I didnt have an account..THE COFFEE WAS SOLELY FOR ACCOUNT HOLDERS!-
Im disgusted Ive paid cash.upon collection and then been disciminated against.
Thankyou to the shareholder who was there and like me was horrified at the stores attitude to non account holders.She said she would lay a formal complaint about the way I was treated.
Shame on you RD1.I expect an apology and for you to appreciate your cash paying customers more than you currently do.
Im sure FARMLANDS OR WRIGHTSONS would show better customer care than RD1 does.
