★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We realized after dealing with Reach Media that they behave in a very rude, arrogant and unacceptable manner. They will not take accountability for service. Everything is last moment and unorganized. After checking with our friends who have used them, we got the same feedback about them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a campaign with Reach Media and they failed miserably in following the plan. We had to repeatedly follow up to get them to distribute the flyers....what was supposed to do in 4 months...8 months later was not done. Last 2 distribution we found out from our customers that no one had gotten them. We provided whatever proof they asked for...but they had all sort of excuses and "REFUSED" to fix the problem. Just agreed to refund our money....which is useless as they refused to refund our cost of flyers....RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY: There was no agreement between us...you don't even want to listen to your customer...and I am talking about the CEO, "Struan Abernethy"...after your staff have already agreed they screwed up....THEY ACTUALLY BLAMED THE CUSTOMER FOR NOT LISTENING? REFUSE TO PAY FOR THE FLYERS THAT WERE DUMPED SOMEWHERE....JUST REFUND THE DELIVERY CHARGES.....which rightfully should be done with INTEREST AND DAMAGES....and an APOLOGY...which i never got from the CEO "Struan Abernethy"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Laundromat "WAS" a customer of MediaReach. We no longer use them and have "Black Listed" them with all our associate companies.
They were given several chances to fix their mistakes and they just lied. Last 2 distributions were confirmed not done.
We wasted money on flyers and fees paid to them. Damage to our sales is another issues.
We catergorically state as a business in the Pakuranga and greater Auckland area that we will "NEVER" do business with MediaReach again. They are rude, unproffesional, dishonest and openly bashfully admit to it.
They were given one last opportunity by us to distribute flyers...but with an audit clause....we would check 15 random streets to see if the flyers were infact distributed, (free offer to get audited)....to see if their people actually do their work and their CEO, Struan Abernethy, chickened out.

We had great feedback that our flyers were in circulation within the agreed time frames. Will definitely be using Reach Media again in future!
