★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff will leave you be until you approach them with a question (which I personally like), the store is pretty cluttered and a little unorganized but the stock known and trusted brands. Pretty solid selection for shoes though sizes seem to start at 7 for women, though a 7 feels more like 6!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few mts ago went here for walking pole. It was faulty to use so I took it back. The lady on the counter was ever friendly and exchanged no problem. This week went back bought an purchased an exercycle. Once again friendly knowledgeable gentleman who told me all the info I needed. Took it out and put in my vehicle. Exceptional service.
Staff here are friendly and so helpful.
Yesterday went back for summer slides...Ex service again.
We have retired to Gisborne and when we find a business giving such knowledgeable welcoming friendly service we keep going back.
