★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offered a payment arrangement they said no want the payment in full, which can't be afforded, so now going to court, so now getting charged for the court costs, which will result in another court hearing to set up a payment arrangement since the full cost can't be afforded so just added on expenses to get the result of the original phone call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Southern Receivables do not deserve 1 star. From verifiable stories, I have heard very bad things about this company. These stories contain tactics that you that run very close to being ....... well?! I would not use this company whatsoever.
The financial services Ombudsman should investigate their practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sent a letter to my address which obviously was the incorrect address - never heard of the person who it was addressed too, so I rang them to get my address removed, I was absolutely appalled with no answer, left a message with no answer back, wrote 2 emails with no replies back! I feel really sorry to the people who do owe money and need to contact them to sort it out - this company does not seem to want to help people at all !! I am very shocked ! Start answering your phones and provide some customer service!!!!!!! I have now just found a different number to contact on - finally got through and the service was very average with no sorry or nothing ! What a hideous company!
