โ โ โ โ โ This security company is completely useless. Don't hire them if you want your customers to have an enjoyable experience. This company refused to let me take sugar into a venue despite needing it for medical reasons. I would be surprised if they haven't caused hospitalisations due to their incompetence.

โ โ โ โ โ My fiancee was having an asthma attack in the pouring rain. And the control freak staff refused to let her taxi pick her up . The stafc is a good reflection of the owner here quite honestly. Shame on you giys . Some one will dye one day because of your stupidity

โ โ โ โ โ I worked with this company for a few months and I called in sick one day and the roster person that answered my call said to me "stop lying, you have to come to work otherwise I'll come to your house" I had no choice but to go to work and I wished I knew better and told her she had no right to speak to me like she did. And when my husband went to drop me off to work she called again and asked where I was and I said on my way then she said to me "'I'm on my way there, if I get there before you, you're in trouble"
Now I would like to take the time to say, "I'm a human being as well and you had no right to speak to me the way you did"
You are the reason why I started hating working with RED BADGE.

โ โ โ โ โ Highly don't recommend working with Red badge! They are very rude and abusive, I have bruises from an encounter with one of the larger staff male members. I felt completely intimidated and scared as the male staff member kept pushing me with two open hands and medium force to keep me in a crowd that was moving around a lot that it was causing myself to step a few inches over the line at some stages of the night. Red Badge is a disgraceful team and anyone who should consider working with them, this is one of many warnings I could give you that these people are highly unprofessional and are better off shutting down thier busniss.

โ โ โ โ โ I'm a worker and have been forced to work 17 hour shifts with one 15 minute unpaid break. They have no regard for employment law, and will do whatever they can to save money even if it means harming their workers directly. Some of my friends also work here and I've heard many stories about exploitative employment practices.

โ โ โ โ โ I worked for Redbadge for couple of months when I was a student. I have something to say about it. First, I was required to work from 10am till 1am with no break.
Second, many of guards have no license.
Third, as website showed, they have applied subsidy of over 4 million dollars but I have ever received a week pay during lockdown.
Finally, they have many racists in the team including supervisors and staffs, think about it before you work for them if you are in a different color. (From Christchurch)

โ โ โ โ โ We are one of the retailer in Hamilton Centre. Very impressed with a guard - Kelly. She is the only guard who visits the premise regularly, well presented, communicative, and responsive. Can't remember any other guard doing the same. Keep it up Kelly.
