★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate leaving a negative review, but I guess it just has to happen. Person behind the counter was rude, prices are high for an op shop, and the place smells like old shoes marinated in paint thinner. If that's your thing, this is the place for you. Definitely not for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this shop yesterday to have a look around and encountered a incredibly rude member of staff. A short tubby woman with a crutch who was working out the back of the shop started to complain in a very loud voice that we should leave because the shop was shutting and made it very plain that we were not welcome. Please ditch this member of staff, she is HORRID!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know it is a shop that helps fund the red cross and i don't like leaving bad reviews but i have just run in to the rudest person i have ever met. customer service and good manners are not on offer in this shop. why would a person that can be so unpleasant want to volunteer or work in a place that has so much face to face contact with the public. I will never go back to this shop again. i would call the woman who served me an old cow but i like cows so i won't, she was certainly an old bag though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Applied for a sat job here and Todd the manager didnt even have the courtesy to phone me to say the position has been filled, and when I phone to see if job taken, he was having an afternoon off, how nice it must be to be a paid manager by a charity shop amongst volunteers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The prices are too expensive!!!! $20 for a second hand, likely incomplete (unchecked) train set. I love supporting charities but if the prices are too high it’s not great for your customers. Added an extra star because the volunteers are really lovely, kind and helpful and I’m so grateful to them. Thank you volunteers!
