★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lance's focus is on asking uncomfortable questions, confronting us with the REAL issues to be taken care of, and at the same time he is offering most effective advice. I just cannot imagine a better, more effective and more experienced business advisor for us than having Lance on our side! I trust him as a business coach as much as I trust a friend of mine in a different professional arena (on the left in the photo attached) which is Prof Claude Nicollier, the Swiss former ESA astronaut that was in space 4 times repairing Hubble a few decades ago. We in formation flew Hunters in the Swiss Air Force decades ago - and you do trust your leader!

We’ve learned so much about our business and ourselves as business owners during these sessions and been really pleased with what we’ve managed to achieve with his help. I was connected with Lance when I applied through Government Funding to assist me with my Business decision during Covid 19 Lockdown. This was the Best move I had made while sitting at home and wondering where to next.
Lance gave me a clear, precise and informative direction in a professional and honest way.
A look at my accounts and some straight talking to clear my head and allow me to forecast better. Thoughts on what was going on and how to combat the mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our sessions with Lance had just too many positives to name, but to name a few.
For a start Lance went to great lengths to ensure we felt comfortable about talk discussing our financial status. As most of us feel that we should be doing better it can be frightening to lay it all bare.
Having gained our trust and confidence , Lance set about diving deep into our business and provideing valuable insights into what we were doing right and what we could make improvements on.
Lance created a cash flow analysis spreadsheet that provides a roadmap going forward, highlighting where efficiency gains can be made and what happens if we achieve them, what markets we can push into more vigorously and what the outcome of that will be.
In summary Lance opened out eyes and minds around progress that can be made , how to measure it and therefore realise that progress is being made. That builds confidence .
Totally worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During Covid 19 we made a key decision to have someone from outside our business assess our goals and aspirations, we had three Zoom meetings with possible business mentor/coach candidates and we couldn't be more pleased that we selected Lance Jensen from RED HOT.
Lance separated himself initially by not overselling himself or his services, instead his focus was on us and about understanding who we were and what we wanted to achieve.
Since this time Lance has tested our thinking, provided tangible resource material and ultimately assisted us in developing a clear pathway to follow with accountability checkpoints builtin to ensure we turn our vision into reality.
