★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has a very specific flavour of clothing in the sport / casual range. Good range of back backs (I bought a really good quality Under Armour one with internal laptop sleeve and shoe locker). Prices seem reasonable. Staff friendly and efficient. Central Hastings location with parking in surrounding streets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most terrible customer service I have ever experienced. And this is coming from someone who has worked retail for 2 years so I understand what it is like.
3 ladies working today none of them greeted us as my younger sister and I came in. Found the tights we were after and went to the changing room. None of the staff offered us any help as they were too busy talking outloud about their personal issues.
They then blasted the music having a big laugh about it. Taking into account these are grown ladies it was very immature and unprofessional behaviour.
We finally got the right size and went up to the counter to pay but no staff we’re on the shop floor and instead all 3 we’re out the back.
Won’t be shopping there again/ supporting the business. Will be letting friends & family know of our experience too. Very disappointed.
