They know their biomechanics and are skilled at adapting movements and exercises to each individual. They know when to push you and what to do when you are needing a bit of a guidance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My happy place! Definitely book a class with David, he knows his stuff. His counting is painfully slow, but you get the results, and crippling sore muscles the next day. So satisfying.
(Obviously you can choose how hard you want to push yourself).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though the trainers are amazing and the class was amazing as well. But the person who is responding to the emails and enquires are not friendly. With very impatient tone and using a lot of the !!!!!! in the conversation. Please work on your customer services on emails :)
