They used to be brilliant but the new managers are just awful. We gave up after several years of loyalty and went with someone more reliable.

The professional atmosphere allows me to concentrate on my work, yet the friendly vibe around the place allows me to relax. The staff are extremely approachable and helpful. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not a local to Auckland, my company (Global Shop Solutions) has recently opened up an office here and relocated me in January to help grow the business in Australia / New Zealand. I was worried a little about this move and working in a foreign country for the first time. It has been an adjustment for me and I am happy to say the staff here have helped me ease into this transition. They have been nothing but excellent, to the point where I can focus on building the business. Free coffee every morning, very attentive to all of my requests, very approachable, always smiling, and they put on little events with snacks / drinks for us (they have been fabulous)! Anyone starting a new business, or needs a place to work out of I highly recommend the Auckland Regus office on 21 Queen Street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute nightmare to deal with. We joined as a Virtual Office customer. About 6 months in we'd noticed calls weren't coming through and we were getting told by people trying to contact us they couldn't get through. We waited awhile longer thinking they might have been coincidences, but when others told us they'd sent packages to our office address which we weren't notified about we started to take notice. Wish we'd got in it sooner as it's hard to tell how our business was affected through lost enquiries. We have virtual offices in 2 other countries with other providers and they are both exceptional. When we started asking questions their team members got on the defensive. We asked repeatedly to see the contract - it took 3 emails for them to respond to us. We are presently withholding payment to Regus for failure to do their job. Suggest some real caution before getting locked in to a plan with Regus - they're good at the sales part and locking you in to a plan, but when it comes to actually doing what you're paying them for, they're dismal.

Finally -- we've had a settlement (in my favour) following the MOST despicable (but consistent) behaviour from Regus.
