β β β β β 5 stars for Reliable Lawnmowers in Papatoetoe! Their advice over the phone was so helpful that I crossed suburbs to go there. I was shown all about the new weedeater and able to start it myself in the workshop. The price was great too, complete with free checkup in a few months. This outfit knows their stuff.

Fixed my nower at a reasonable price and gave great tips on best care, partner had an issue when used after picking it up, went back and found my partner had gone over a rock or something hard ?ββοΈ, which bent the blades causing the mower to shake, this place repaired that for free. Partner was very embarrassed

β β β β β Went there today, need a cable for lawn mower, man at reception was very rude in language, cable is bassically 75 dollars but he said its 89 dollars, when i noticed that my cable is not broken instead its opened from other part, I have asked him can you check and fix, he said no time, which is fine i asked him can I buy this cable and return if other mechanic said no need of new one he said no refund, its so weared and rude. Over all zero level customer care service.
Further adding ...this the rule in Newzealand you can return part if it is in the same condition and I asked these guys about return and he said no return no refund. They have their own rules and regulations.
He didn't finished with me and start serving next customer behind me, looks like he is ignoring me.

β β β β β My mower wasn't starting so took it to reliable mowers. Serviced and replaced parts. Not only did it start better than before but it looked like a brand new mower! Great service and affordable. When you provide a service this good people cant help but leave a good review. Highly recommend, cheers Warren
