★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my ph in today to get the screen fixed at 9am the guy there said it'll be ready 11.30am. I was happy that they can fix it fast but very poor customer service. I didn't even like the look on ph wasn't the same as before n very expensive. Does it really cost $200 to get a crack screen fixed? I asked why is it so expensive n his reply was because it does.they don't even have receipts to tell you how much on what n how how on what. Bloody rip off!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy wall plug charger and asked the guy standing at the counter replied yes pulled out from the cabinet and quote me price $35 brand new one. was happy to buy but when I had a closer look at it looked like was used asked him back is it used as its look used to me rude reply go buy from some where else. If I knew about the service wouldn't have gone in the store. Wasn't happy at all about the customer service. If its used don't qoute its brand new.
